These Terms govern use of the HAVENVIXO® website, online store, content, and related services. HAVENVIXO® is owned and operated by Shanxi Langxin Technology Co., Ltd.. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company.

1. Eligibility and Store Use
The store is intended for adults purchasing products for their own use or for other adults. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, interference with website security, or infringement of others’ rights.

2. Product Information and Images
Our current collections include eyewear accessories and care items, contact lens storage and travel accessories, eyelid cleansing products, and eye-comfort accessories. Product details, materials, dimensions, compatibility, package contents, and instructions vary by item and are stated on the relevant product page where confirmed. Lifestyle photographs may include props not included unless expressly listed. Minor colour or appearance differences may result from lighting, photography, manufacturing variation, or screen settings.

3. Product Use and Safety
Read and follow the product page, package, and manufacturer instructions. Check compatibility before attaching accessories to eyewear. For products used around the eyes, keep them clean, avoid pressure on the eyes, and stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs. Do not use damaged, leaking, or contaminated items. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; do not rely on unverified claims about treating or preventing an eye condition.

4. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Promotions
Prices and currency are shown on the store or at checkout and may vary by destination, currency, or promotion. Before payment, checkout displays applicable prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, and the order total. Promotions apply only under their displayed conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may contact you to resolve an obvious pricing or listing error.

5. Payment
Available payment methods appear at checkout and may vary by country, device, currency, or payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method. Payment providers may conduct verification. Do not send full payment-card details through customer-support email.

6. Order Receipt and Acceptance
An automated confirmation confirms receipt of your order request but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or incomplete delivery information. If we cancel after collecting payment, the amount charged for cancelled items will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact service@havenvixo.com within 12 hours after placing an order to request a change or cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but a request cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment begins. If the order has shipped, the post-delivery return process applies.

8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch; these are estimates, not guarantees. Eligible orders with a qualifying value of US$49 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Checkout displays available methods, charges, geographic restrictions, exclusions, and estimated delivery times. Shipping costs may vary by destination, selected method, package size, weight, and order contents. Carriers, customs, weather, holidays, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be submitted for return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the Refund & Return Policy and applicable law. Obtain approval and the correct return address before sending anything; do not send returns to our registered business address. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may need additional time. 10. Reviews and Customer Content
Reviews presented as genuine must reflect real customer experiences. Submitted content must be truthful, lawful, and not infringe others’ rights. We do not knowingly present fabricated reviews as genuine and may moderate content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property
Website text, brand elements, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to HAVENVIXO® or the relevant rights holder. Commercial copying requires permission except where permitted by law.

12. Third-Party Services and Privacy
Checkout, payment, fulfilment, shipping, analytics, advertising, and other functions may be provided by third parties and subject to their terms and privacy notices. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain data use, including by advertising and measurement partners where enabled.

13. Disclaimers and Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Applicable Law and Updates
These Terms are subject to applicable law and do not remove mandatory consumer protections. We may update them to reflect operational or legal changes; changes apply from publication and do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
